Bestech are a UK company made up almost
entirely of bridge engineers who know
the industry and the increasing demand
for greater efficiency. Bestech have
spent many years developing computer
programs to interpret design codes.
Starting with the British codes in 1991
we developed a unique system which we
utilised to interpret the Australian
and American codes and now we have
completed the Eurocodes. We are
passionate about bridges, and even more
passionate about making our software as
good as it can be for the design of
bridges.
We have customers worldwide, from Japan
in the East to the United States in the
West, taking in Australia, Malaysia,
Pakistan, the Middle East, Nigeria and
Europe.
We have distributors in Australia,
Malaysia, Nigeria and the United Arab
Emirates.

We want to be “all things to
all bridge engineers” but we have
to be realistic, so we try to be
unbeatable for deck type bridges of
short to medium span, which is probably
90% of all bridges. We are happiest
when we hear customers tell us that
they cannot understand why anyone would
want to use anything other than
Sam!
